For a German, Finnish might as well be Swahili; Just like dogs don’t always understand what we humans try to communicate to them (or they to us), it is important to have a profound understanding of both the original and the target language. We pride ourselves in being able to localise any German or English text into i.e. Swedish (or any other Scandinavian language) where the message can be heard loud and clear. Maybe it’s because we have an Icelandic Sheepdog as our office mascot? We don’t know if that’s the reason, but we do know that we have provided sensibly priced multi-lingual book translations of more than 150 titles in the past five years to satisfied customers.
